I am a 73-year-old man who has lived a very interesting life starting to work at the tender age of six years old on the Miami waterfront. I have done many and various things including hitchhiking through Europe for 3 months before settling down and starting a business. In fact, I worked several businesses concurrently, in order to survive the economy. I also enjoyed many and various interests and hobbies that helped me to appreciate life, as best as I could. All was going well until my family left me. I was shocked, but realized I had no choice but to start over again to try to make a life for myself. It is a story of hard work, trials and tribulations and luck, as my life's journey progressed through many obstacles, setbacks, and roadblocks, yet I survived through it all. This is that story.
